Welcome to BuyDate! These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the BuyDate Artist App (the "App"). By using the App, you agree to abide by these terms. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use the App.

The BuyDate Artist App allows artists to list their services, communicate with clients, accept bookings, and receive payments securely.

By accessing or using the App, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time, and such modifications will be effective immediately upon posting.
3. Artist Accounts
- Artists must provide accurate information during registration.
- Accounts may be suspended for policy violations.
- Be aware of fake clients. The App and Company are not responsible for any fraud if you do not follow the provided instructions.
4. Booking and Payments
- Artists must accept and manage bookings through the app.
- Payments are processed through secure channels within the app.
- Disputes must be handled according to BuyDate's policies.
- Our company is responsible for artist security if the artist meets a client in a private area. The app only allows meetings in public locations.

- The app is not responsible for payment from the client if the artist does not receive the OTP code from the client upon arrival at the location.

5. Code of Conduct
Artists agree not to:
- Misrepresent services offered.
- Engage in fraudulent activities.
- Conduct transactions outside the platform to avoid fees.
